REFUNDS

If your order didn’t work out, no worries — we’ve got you.

  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for a refund or a size exchange of the same item.
  • To be eligible, just make sure:
    • Hangtags and labels are still attached to the item.
    • The product is unworn and in its original condition — no signs of damage, makeup marks, or alterations.
  • Please note:
    • Shipping fees, taxes, and tariffs aren’t refundable.
    • Once we receive your return, please allow 7–10 business days for us to process it.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size? We’re happy to help!

  • Just reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange an exchange for the same product in another size.
  • Once we receive the item back, we’ll get your new size ready — typically within 7–10 business days.
  • If the size you want is out of stock, we’ll offer you:
    • A gift card,
    • A discount on a different style, or
    • A few options to choose from — whatever works best for you.
