How do I return or exchange an item ?
The original purchaser can arrange returns and exchanges only. Returns requests can be sent via email within 7 days of receiving the product.
The requests can be placed via email at info@aashka.us or aashkamehta93@gmail.com with the order number in the subject line. Our customer service representative will reach out with the next steps.
A purchased product may be returned if it is unworn or unused and is in perfectly sellable conditions with all labels and tags intact within its original packaging.
The returns requests are processed on a case by case basis. In cases where the product appears to be worn or used, or tags and labels are removed, or product damaged in any area or as a whole, or do not comply with our Terms and Conditions, or with reason to believe that the return is fraudulent, we will not be able to accept the return.
Exchange requests are only accepted for changing the color or the size of the same product already purchased.

What is pre-order ? How can I place one ?
Pre-order items are not immediately available to ship due to high volume of demand. Items offered for preorder will be clearly marked. Estimated date of shipping will be provided with product description and with order confirmation.
Does the cashmere have certifications ?
Absolutely! Our cashmere has earned The Good Cashmere Standard certification.
The cashmere yarns used in our collections are sourced from trusted sources that meet industry standard for ethics and sustainability.
Protecting the environment that the cashmere goats, the herders, and their communities call home and keeping the grazing areas ecologically intact in one of the main goals of the Good Cashmere Standard. Therefore, GCS promotes the protection of natural vegetation, responsible land use and the peaceful coexistence of people, cashmere goats, and wildlife. A key principle is that goat farming must not have any negative effects on biodiversity or the environment. This applies in particular to soil and biodiversity.
What are the care label instructions?

Care Guide :
- Hard Wash or Dry Clean only
- Do not bleach
- Dry Flat, Do not tumble dry
- Sweaters should never be ironed. If ironing is needed to remove fold marks quickly, iron very gently at a cool setting only.
How to measure my size for the Crew Neck pullover?
Fit intention :
The Crew Neck pullover has relaxed, boxy fit. Size down for a snug fit. Length hits at the lower hip level.
How to measure :
Place the measuring tape around the the fullest part of your chest at across front level to measure the bust spec. Refer to the sizing chart for our recommendation.*
How to measure my size for the Sweater Pants?
Fit intention :
Relaxed fit. Slightly flare at hem level.
How to measure :
Waist : Measure at the circumference of your waistline at the belly button level (at 16" below the high point of shoulder on average).
Hip : Measure at the fullest part of your body above legs.
Inseam : Measure without shoes. From crotch to ankle.
The pants are designed to hit exactly at ankle on a person of 5'4'' height. The height is the national average standard.
