Returns

If you have decided to return the order, we are here to help with the process :

• If the product is returned within 7 days of the date of delivery, we will refund total amount (100%) in the original method of payment.
• If the product return date is within 14 day window of the date of delivery, we will refund the total amount in store credit only.
• Hangtags and labels need to be attached to the garment in order to process the return.
• The company reserves the right to reject the return if the garment shows signs of wear and tear, damage to the garment, etc.
• Any shipping charges incurred during delivery of product is non-refundable.
• Returns will be processed within 10-15 business days after receipt. We will provide a confirmation email after return is accepted.
• We are open to facilitate exchanges for gift purchases. Please reach out to us with your request and we would be happy to assist you.
