2. Product Descriptions & Availability
We make every effort to describe our products accurately and update stock levels in real-time. However, slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of garments or variations in fabric dye lots. Product availability is not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without notice.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payment
By placing an order on our Site, you agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your order and use a valid and authorized payment method.
Pricing: Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Shop Aashka reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders with incorrect pricing, even after confirmation emails are sent.
Payment: Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, or other available gateways. We do not store full payment details on our servers.
Taxes & Duties: Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout based on your shipping address. For international orders, you are responsible for any customs, duties, or VAT imposed by your country.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and rates are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We are not liable for delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues, or for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details. If you did not receive confirmation email or tracking number by email, please reach out to info@shopaashka.us for further assistance.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Please review our full Return & Exchange Policy. In summary, returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Final sale items are non-returnable. Return requests initiated outside of this window will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping charges, taxes and tariffs are generally not refunded in the case of complete refunds.
6. Promotional Codes & Gift Cards
Promo codes and offers must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively added. They are limited to one per order unless stated otherwise, are not redeemable for cash, and may not be combined. Gift cards are issued digitally, are non-refundable, and do not expire.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this Site—including logos, brand names, product names, images, text, videos, graphics, layout, and design—is the exclusive property of SBPA INTERNATIONAL LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You represent that you own or have the right to share the content, that it is accurate and not misleading, and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
9. Subscription Services (If Applicable)
If we offer any subscription boxes, services, or pre-order models, you authorize recurring charges until cancelled. Subscription terms, renewal frequency, and cancellation windows will be disclosed during checkout. Cancellations must occur before the renewal billing date to avoid additional charges.
