For Alaska and Hawaii customers, complimentary shipping is offered on all orders over $550. If your cart does not reach the minimum, a shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
Worldwide shipping is complimentary with a cart minimum of $550. If the cart minimum does not meet minimum, there will be a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

- Double-Check Your Shipping Address - Please make sure your name, street address, apartment or unit number (if applicable), city, state, and zip code are all entered correctly.
- Note: We’re unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, or freight forwarders — please use a physical address where someone can receive the package.
- Signature Required for Delivery - To protect your purchase, an adult signature is required upon delivery. If you won’t be available to sign, consider shipping to a work address or contact us in advance — we’ll happily help coordinate a convenient delivery time.
- Keep Your Contact Info Updated - At checkout, please include a valid email address and phone number so we can keep you in the loop. You’ll receive:
- Have Special Instructions? If there’s anything our team or the delivery carrier should know — a gate code, a preferred time slot, or any other helpful info — feel free to leave it in the “Order Notes” section at checkout. We’ll do our best to make it happen.
