AASHKA is a rising luxury fashion label founded by designer Aashka Mehta during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. The brand emerged from Mehta’s personal quest for clothing that was not only artistic and expressive but also relaxed and body-positive. She began by sketching designs on her iPad and sewing pieces herself, eventually partnering with Italian knitwear artisans to realize her creative vision.

DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

Rooted in a deep connection with nature—especially the ocean—AASHKA's aesthetic is fluid, rich, and expressive. The debut collection, Water Artisanal Capsule 001, draws on underwater motifs and marine textures, crafted to make women feel empowered, serene, and beautifully feminine.

CRAFTSMANSHIP

AASHKA places strong emphasis on artisanal quality and thoughtfully sourced materials. The brand uses specially developed yarns such as 100% silk (Oceania), viscose-polyamide blends (Olympia), and rayon-viscose blends (Botania) to deliver garments that are soft, breathable, and durable. Every piece reflects an uncompromising attention to detail and a dedication to design integrity.
