GIFT CARD CONDITIONS

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

  1. The Gift Card (hereinafter, the “Card”) is the property of the issuer, SBPA INTERNATIONAL LLC (hereinafter, “Shop Aashka”). The holder of the Card is a mere custodian and not the owner of the funds.

  2. The Card is valid for purchases made exclusively in the United States through the official Shop Aashka website at www.shopaashka.com. It is not valid at any physical retail location or international site, if any.

  3. The Card may be purchased using any payment method accepted on [www.shopaashka.com].

  4. The Card is not reloadable. Any remaining balance may not be refunded or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

  5. Returns of unused Cards are permitted under the following terms:

    • Physical Cards: Within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, provided the Card has not been used.

    • Digital Cards: Within thirty (30) days from:

      • The date the email was sent to the intended recipient if Shop Aashka sent it on your behalf, or

      • The date of purchase if the Card was purchased to be shared manually by the purchaser.

    Refunds for eligible returns will be processed using the original payment method. The original purchase receipt and, if applicable, the payment method used must be presented.

  6. The Card may be used multiple times until the balance is exhausted. No fees are charged for use or inactivity.

  7. The remaining balance is the difference between the previous balance and the amount used for purchases. If a purchase exceeds the available balance, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method.

  8. The Card balance is shown on the checkout page during online purchases. Customers may also request a balance update by contacting Shop Aashka customer support at info@shopaashka.us

  9. Products purchased with a Card are subject to Shop Aashka’s standard return and exchange policies. If an item purchased with the Card is returned, the refunded amount will be credited back to the Card. If the Card no longer exists, the refund will be issued as store credit or a replacement card.

  10. The Card does not expire and remains valid until the balance is fully used, unless required otherwise by applicable state laws.

  11. The Card is a bearer instrument. The holder assumes full responsibility for its safekeeping and use. Shop Aashka is not liable for lost, stolen, damaged, or misused Cards and will not replace Cards in such cases.

  12. For virtual Cards, Shop Aashka is not liable for delays or failures in delivery due to:

  • Telecommunications issues;

  • Inaccurate recipient information provided by the purchaser;

  • Email filters (e.g., delivery to spam);

  • Any circumstances beyond Shop Aashka’s reasonable control.

  1. Cards obtained through fraudulent or unlawful means are void and may not be used to make purchases or refunded.

  2. The Card may not be used for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes by third parties without the express prior written consent of Shop Aashka.

  3. The purchase or use of the Card constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which are available at the time of purchase and accessible online at www.shopaashka.com.
