REFUNDS
If your order didn’t work out, no worries — we’ve got you.
- You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for a refund or a size exchange of the same item.
- To be eligible, just make sure:
- Hangtags and labels are still attached to the item.
- The product is unworn and in its original condition — no signs of damage, makeup marks, or alterations.
- Please note:
- Shipping fees, taxes, and tariffs aren’t refundable.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 7–10 business days for us to process it.
EXCHANGES
Need a different size? We’re happy to help!
- Just reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange an exchange for the same product in another size.
- Once we receive the item back, we’ll get your new size ready — typically within 7–10 business days.
- If the size you want is out of stock, we’ll offer you:
- A gift card,
- A discount on a different style, or
- A few options to choose from — whatever works best for you.
