We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all products. We will send confirmation email within 24 hours after placing the order. If you have not received the confirmation email, please reach out to us and we will get the order sorted very quickly. We will send another email with shipment tracking and delivery information within the next few days. Please expect shipment to arrive within 7-10 business days after order is placed.

If the product is described as 'PRE-ORDER', we will provide estimated date of delivery in the confirmation email.

For security reasons, an adult signature will be required at the time of delivery. If you are unavailable to sign the package, please reach out to our customer service team and we will arrange for the package to be delivered within requested time frame. Packages may not be delivered to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, and freight forwarders.
