We want you to love what you ordered! But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it better — whether that means a return or an exchange. 

REFUNDS : If your order didn’t work out, no worries — we’ve got you!

  • You can request a return within 15 days of delivery for an eligible refund or a size exchange of the same item.
  • To be eligible for a refund, just make sure:
    • Hangtags and labels are still attached to the item.
    • The product is unworn and in its original condition — no signs of damage, makeup marks, or alterations.
  • Please note: There is a 15% restocking fee charge for all returns processed. Shipment fees are non-refundable. Once the return has started, please allow 7–10 business days for processing to complete.

EXCHANGES : Need a different size? We’re happy to help!

    • Just reach out right after your first try-on, ideally within 15 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange an exchange for the same product in another size. Shipment fees will be added for the exchange processing.
  • Upon the receipt of original order, we’ll ship out your new package — typically within 7–10 business days.
  • If the size you want is out of stock, we’ll offer a couple options to make things right - what works best for you!
    • A gift card.
    • A discount on a different style.
