We want you to love what you ordered! But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it better — whether that means a return or an exchange.
REFUNDS : If your order didn’t work out, no worries — we’ve got you!
- You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for an eligible refund or a size exchange of the same item.
- To be eligible for a refund, just make sure:
- Hangtags and labels are still attached to the item.
- The product is unworn and in its original condition — no signs of damage, makeup marks, or alterations.
- Please note: Shipping fees, taxes, and tariffs aren’t refundable. Once we receive your return, please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
EXCHANGES : Need a different size? We’re happy to help!
- Just reach out right after your first try-on, ideally within 15 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange an exchange for the same product in another size. We will deduct shipping and processing costs from the exchange requests.
- Once the receive the item back, we’ll ship out your new package — typically within 7–10 business days.
- If the size you want is out of stock, we’ll offer a couple options to make things right - what works best for you!
- A gift card.
- A discount on a different style.
